Our Process

Following the receival of your proposal, every new project follows our tried and tested methodology, with enough flexibility to collaborate in a style that suits your team’s way of working. We follow a simple three-step process.

1: Exploration

Every project begins with your organization’s recognition that you have a need and a goal to fulfil. Our involvement mandates a discussion of desired outcomes, defined budgets and well-managed development controls.

We begin our process with an immersive kick-off that effectively and accurately unearths the finer details of the project before we start. This shared time at the start of each new relationship is the most important as it provides us with a platform to get to know what it is about you and your business that makes you unique. In the process, we gain a stronger handle on the tools you have in your armoury that we can use to help you exploit your technology presence.

2: Conceptualization & Planning

Key elements: #logistics; #team selection, #project parameters, #budgeting, #scheduling, #milestone setting 
Key output(s): project scope design, and development scope sign-off

Putting people at the heart of the process, listening to and learning from your audience and your team allows us to exactly discover the key needs and design solutions to answer them effectively. This is human-centred design.

Following an in-house or on-line scoping session, to gain a comprehensive insight to your unique development needs, our development team will first immerse themselves into the work before re-emerging with concepts or ideas to share with you – which normally culminates in a project proposal and development scope sign-off.

3: Implementation

Your experience of the development process should be stress-free, perhaps even enjoyable! To make sure this is the case, every project is carefully planned, and we adhere to a tried and tested process to ensure you always know what to expect and when.Throughout the development process, your key stakeholders will be invited to view and review our work in a relatively circular process that ensures both parties refine the final output to maximise its success before it is published to the world.

Our weekly email status up-dates sent to your development point of contact, means you always stay in the loop. And, with a dedicated relationship management team on-hand (and available on Whatsapp 24/7) throughout, you’ll be kept up-to-date while the work remains on-time and on-budget. Our approach allows you to focus on your business, safe in the knowledge that your development project is in good hands.
